The Office of Clents' Rights Advocacy and Kern Regional Center invite you to attend a training on the Fair Hearing Process.
The Fair Hearing Process is a way to resolve disagreements between the regional center or state developmental agency and consumers or applicants seeking regional center services.

You  may never need to use this process, but it is important to know your rights.
