Laura Nachor – Family Resource Specialist

Laura Nachor is both a parent advocate and a Family Resource Specialist whose work is deeply shaped by her journey as the mother of a son with autism. Each day, Laura has the privilege of nurturing and supporting her son, an experience that has strengthened her commitment to advocacy, compassion, and support for families raising children with disabilities.

Through years of caregiving, Laura has learned the true meaning of patience, perseverance, and unconditional love. She believes in leading with empathy, kindness, and understanding - values that guide both her personal life and professional work. Supporting children on the autism spectrum is not simply a career path for Laura, but a calling to protect, uplift, and celebrate each child’s individuality.
