Join us for a day of celebration, inclusion, advocacy, and community at the H.E.A.R.T.S. Connection Heroes 4 Hearts & Buddy Walk 2026!
Bring your family and friends to Yokuts Park for a fun-filled day celebrating individuals with Down syndrome and other disabilities.
Enjoy the Buddy Walk, live entertainment, games, family contests, children’s activities, community resources, food trucks, vendors, and so much more!
Your registration includes admission to the event, activities and entertainment, and an official event T-shirt.
Come walk with us, celebrate together, and help build a community where everyone belongs!
