Lianne Silano – Family Resource Specialist

Lianne is a Family Resource Specialist with H.E.A.R.T.S. Connection, serving Inyo and Mono Counties. Born in New York and raised in New Jersey, Lianne comes from a big Italian family and is the eldest of three sisters. Family connection and caretaking have always been a natural part of who she is, and she is grateful to now be in a position where she can extend that same empathy and care to families in her community.

Lianne moved to Mono County after living in Los Angeles and pursuing a career in the entertainment industry, where she worked as an actor and talent agency coordinator. After moving to Mammoth, she wanted to become more deeply involved in her community and find work that aligned more closely with her values of empathy, connection, and service.

She found H.E.A.R.T.S. Connection last fall and quickly grew to love both the work and the people she works alongside. Drawing from her background in performance and coordination, Lianne strives to bring a sense of control, safety, comfort, and openness to her work with families. She loves having work with purpose and especially values seeing the impact of that work through the support, connection, and ease she is able to bring to the families she serves.
