Lily Brooks – Behavioral Support Specialist

Lily Brooks is a member of the H.E.A.R.T.S. Connection team, bringing a strong background in psychology, special education, and behavioral support to her work. Born in Wasco, California, Lily moved to Bakersfield at a young age and graduated at the top of her class from Bethany Christian School in 2016. She went on to study Psychology at Evangel University in Missouri.

Lily has built a meaningful career supporting individuals with disabilities through roles as a behavioral aide, after-school program support for young adults, and a behavior technician with a local ABA provider. She is passionate about advocating for individuals with unique needs and amplifying the voices of those still learning to advocate for themselves. Outside of work, Lily enjoys music, live shows, time in nature, comedy, and spending time with her four cats.
